Process

Every employers program is different.  Through our five phase process, Occlink will define your current program strengths and weaknesses.

Phases

  • Phase One:  Assessment

    The Assessment phase provides the knowledge necessary in order to make informed recommendations on the employers’ current situation.

  • Phase Two:  Identification

    The Identification phase allows the assessment findings to be formulated into a plan of action.

  • Phase Three:  Development

    During the Development phase, Occlink will focus on solutions, providing a base to begin implementation.

  • Phase Four:  Implementation

    Implementation phase is where Occlink initiates management tools, protocols and procedures that will take your program to the next level.

  • Phase Five:  Review and Analysis

    Staying current on the new laws as they occur is mandatory.  Review and Analysis will enable the employer to maintain control and compliance.

Depending on the employers’ current situation, this process can move very quickly, providing immediate change.  During Phase One, the employer will be asked to obtain information relating to their current workers compensation management and results.
